Workshop Details:

  • For middle school, high school, and adults. **Interested elementary students, please contact us at info@shapestoforms.com for more information**

  • Some sewing experience required—whether from a Shapes to Forms class or your own beginner skills. Students should know their way around a sewing machine.

  • Because each project is unique, students will provide most of their materials. We’re happy to guide you in sourcing the right ones!

  • Each student will create one piece only. (Sorry—no corsets, jackets, coats, bodysuits, or hats.) If you’re unsure about your idea, just reach out—we’ll help you figure it out.

  • Students must register for a minimum of 2 sessions (more sessions = more sewing magic!). $275 for 2 sessions. Additional sessions beyond the 6-hour minimum will be prorated at $125 per 3-hour session.

  • Session dates do not have to be consecutive.

Why settle for store-bought when you can bring your vision to life with the guidance of a professional costume maker?
