Sew Fun! (ages 7-9) - Designed for young designers, this class will explore the art of fabric manipulation, learn essential hand-stitching techniques, and create unique projects that spark their imagination. This fun, hands-on class builds confidence and introduces a lifelong skill in a supportive, creative environment. Projects vary per monthly session. Some sample projects may include custom-designed stuffed animals, tote bags, or scrunchies. All tools, equipment, and materials are included. Semester-long options or 4-class monthly options are available now through November. Sew Fun Semester or Sew Fun Package of 4 classes

Sewing Studio (ages 9-14) - Perfect for aspiring designers, this class introduces essential hand-stitching techniques, the basics of machine sewing, and creative fabric manipulation. Students will gain confidence while crafting unique projects such as bags, pajama pants, and upcycled designs, turning old materials into something new and stylish. Projects vary per monthly sessions. All tools, equipment, and materials are included. Semester-long options or 4-class monthly options are available now through November. Muirlands (ages 11-14) - This is a Sewing Studio class; however, classes are held at Muirlands Middle School in La Jolla. These classes are open to the community and not just for Muirlands students. Semester-long classes begin Wednesday, September 2, 2026, from 1:30- 3 PM. Please email info@shapestoforms.com to register for this class session.

Teen Fashion Design (ages 13-19) - Learn how to design and sew your own clothes in this hands-on fashion program for teens—perfect for anyone who wants to turn fabric into wearable style. From sewing machine basics to constructing skirts, tops, and accessories, you'll gain real skills to bring your fashion ideas to life. All materials included! 10-week session. This class is the foundation for the CONSTRUCTED program. Students are encouraged to complete this class before enrolling in CONSTRUCTED. Register For Teen Fashion Design. The Beginner’s Stitch (adult) - Always wanted to learn how to sew but didn’t know where to start? This beginner-friendly class is perfect for adults ready to dive into the world of sewing! In this hands-on course, you’ll learn essential sewing skills, from understanding your machine to mastering basic stitches and creating personalized projects. Projects vary per monthly session. Sip & Sew (adult) - Unwind and unleash your creativity! Join us on the second Friday of each month for an evening of sewing and relaxation. Designed for adults, this class offers a fun, laid-back environment to work on a small project—perfect for beginners or seasoned makers.
